Craveze is an online food ordering and delivery aggregator platform. We act as an intermediary between Users and Restaurant Partners. We do not prepare food ourselves; food preparation is the sole responsibility of the respective Restaurant Partner.
We provide the following services:
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase food from the Restaurant Partner. The order is confirmed only upon acceptance by the Restaurant Partner. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of restaurant unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.
Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. A platform fee and delivery fee may apply. All fees are disclosed at checkout before you confirm the order.
We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods listed in the app. Payment is processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers.
You may cancel an order within 2 minutes of placing it for a full refund to your Craveze Wallet. Once the restaurant has accepted and begun preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible or may attract a cancellation fee.
If the restaurant or platform cancels your order (due to item unavailability, operational issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method or Craveze Wallet within 5–7 business days.
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Valid grounds include: wrong items delivered, missing items, food quality issues, significant delays, or restaurant-initiated cancellations. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Wallet refunds are instant.
All Restaurant Partners listed on the Platform are responsible for complying with applicable food safety laws, including the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI), and must hold valid FSSAI licences/registrations. However, we conduct periodic verification of restaurant compliance.
If you experience a food safety issue (such as contamination, foreign objects, or hygiene concerns), you may report it through the in-app "Report a Food Issue" feature or email office@fulfilary.com. Reports are escalated to the relevant Restaurant Partner and, where warranted, to FSSAI authorities.
